About Us

Susan Pintel developed a passion for family law during her time at the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law. In 2009, she opened Pintel Law Firm PLLC, which has since focused exclusively on family-related areas of the law. Our practice areas include the following:

• Divorce – We understand that the decision to end a marriage is incredibly difficult, but we strive to make the divorce process as easy as possible for couples and their children. We also take the time to make sure that our clients understand Arizona’s divorce requirements and their responsibilities during and after the divorce process.
• Child Custody – Legal decision-making grants parents the right and responsibility to make important decisions on behalf of their children, including in matters related to their education, health, religion, and personal care. We work to ensure that these rights and responsibilities are shared safely and equitably between parents.
• Child Support – The expenses of raising children are often especially difficult for single parents. We can help by establishing an appropriate amount that the other parent should be paying and, if necessary, bring the other parent to court to ensure that they pay their fair share.
• Modification of Orders – After divorce, the court establishes rules to ensure that parents share the responsibilities of raising children. Sometimes, due to life changes such as a move or a new job, these rules can be adjusted in a modification of orders. We help clients explore their options and pursue a fair outcome for both parties.
